"Update card" opens Stripe's secure page for your card and receipts. If a payment failed, Account shows "Pay now" and when Stripe will try again.
Only Admins see payments. Everyone else sees which Admin to ask.
Help Your plan and paying
Admins press "Update card" on Your plan or Account.
