Give small groups real fundraising tools

Local groups apply on a page with your name on it. You approve them, and each gets everything in Trovu, with nothing to pay and no funding list for you to keep by hand.

From the Charity Commission register

In City of London, only 1 in 15 small local charities has won a published grant since 2021

These groups don't need another list of funders. They need the time and tools to apply.

You decide who

Groups with an income under £100k apply; you approve or decline, up to the places in your licence.

Everything, not just search

Each group gets the Grant Finder, alerts, a shortlist, budgets and reports, as if it had subscribed.

Larger charities pay their own way

A charity over the limit is shown its own plan, so your licence goes where it's needed.

From £3,000 a year

District £3,000, county or unitary £4,500, region £7,500.

Show your committee what the money did

See which groups are using Trovu, how many grants they've shortlisted, how far their applications have got and how much they've won. Download it as a PDF, ready for your next committee paper.

  • The headline first: how much your groups have won, and what that is for every £1 you put in
  • Group by group: who's active, who's gone quiet and who hasn't started
  • This quarter, this year or since the start, as a PDF or a spreadsheet
  • Counts and amounts only: you don't see which grants or funders, or a group's notes. Groups are told this when they apply.

Already have a funding portal?

Most councils do. A portal gives a group a list of funders and leaves it there. Trovu picks up where the portal stops.
